At the helm is founding partner, Stacey E. Kircher, Esq. , B.C.S.. Before founding the firm in 2019, she was already a veteran attorney with a long tradition of excellence and well-earned respect in the legal community. She earned her skills in the courtroom as a litigator and trial attorney. She served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Capital Collateral Division. She regularly argued before the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court and has had her legal writing considered by the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. She was named Prosecutor of the Year, earned her Board Certification from the Florida Bar as an Expert in Criminal Trial Law, and earned the highest level of certification as an AV-Rated Preeminent peer-reviewed trial attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. She was an adjunct professor at several educational institutions and taught both undergraduate and graduate students. She is admitted to practice in the United States Middle District, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and The Supreme Court of the United States of America.
